Silk Road Station is the concrete practice and essential infrastructure of One Belt and One Road.

One Belt and One Road vision is a grand strategic concept when facing a new round of opening to the outside and combining our own development strategy with regional cooperation. The concrete practices involve various aspects, such as the trade exchange, currency circulation, policy communication, road connection and mutual understanding.

Building Silk Road Stations in the countries along One Belt and One Road (OBOR) will effectively promote the implementation and extension of this vision. On the one hand, the Silk Road Station will provide integrated service platform in the qualified region, supporting economic and trade exchanges, interconnection, cultural communication, international transportation and financial cooperation between China and the regions along OBOR. On the other hand, the establishment of Silk Road Station will extend the longitudinal radiation area of OBOR. As a regional center with outward radiation to surrounding countries and regions, Silk Road Station together with OBOR will form a complete network covering more economic entities.

In order to practice the strategic significance of OBOR, IZP is building Silk Road Station that supports economic and trade interconnection in the qualified area with such demands.




One Belt and One Road is the abbreviation of Silk Road Economic Belt and The 21st Century Maritime Silk Road. OBOR is not an entity or mechanism, but a concept and initiative of cooperation and development, which fully rely on the existing multilateral mechanism between China and relevant countries via effective regional cooperation platform. Through borrowing the historical symbol of the ancient "silk road" and indicating our proposition of peaceful development, we are actively developing economic partnership with countries along the OBOR to create an interests, fate and responsibility community with mutual political trust, economic integration and culture inclusion. Xi Jin Ping put forward the strategic vision of construction of Silk Road Economic Belt and The 21st Century Maritime Silk Road in September and October 2013 respectively.


Through the construction of five core elements of Silk Road Station, we are building comprehensive trade service platforms in the countries along OBOR for deepening foreign cooperation:

As the main focus, Silk Road Station will help countries along OBOR develop infrastructure and improve cooperation innovation practices in the fields of science and technology, trade and finance.

Realize five communications: trade exchange, currency circulation, policy communication, road connection and mutual understanding, enhancing China's influence.

Through establishment of comprehensive service platform, Silk Road Station, as the regional center, will radiate to surrounding countries and regions, and together with OBOR to form a complete network covering more economic entities.


IZP group is deploying overseas Silk Road Stations in large scale, and the destination countries include Italy, Kyrgyzstan, Ecuador, Sri Lanka, Djibouti, Belarus and Lithuania. The construction of the Silk Road Station will carry out in four continents of Asia, Europe, Africa and America, covering the total population of about 5.1 billion, total economic GDP of about US $26 trillion. Through the construction of the "silk road station" and the effective implementation of the OBOR strategy, IZP group is building a global-covered network services platform, promoting the comprehensive development of OBOR.

Italy - Silk Road Station for Europe, Middle East
and North Africa

In October 2014, under the witness of Premier Li Keqiang and Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi, IZP group completed the formal acquisition of Italian Parma international airport. That demonstrated the beginning of construction project of Silk
Road Station.
Kyrghyzstan - Silk Road Station for Eurasia, Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS)

On January 19th, 2015, IZP group delegation being granted an interview with Prime Minister Djoomart Otorbaev and Deputy Prime Minister Valery Dil in Bishkek. The both sides had in-depth communication on IZP Silk Road Station construction, and the prime minister and deputy prime minister spoke highly on construction of Silk Road Station in Kyrgyzstan. Deputy Prime Minister Valery Dil announced special cooperation statement, and he considered Silk Road Station is the concrete practice of China- Kyrghyzstan cooperation in Silk Road Economic Belt. Kyrgyzstan will provide necessary guarantee for the project, and the Kyrghyzstan government will also give policy support.
Ecuador - Silk Road Station for Latin America

IZP is building silk road station in Ecuador based on OBOR strategy for Latin America. On January 7th, 2015, IZP officially signed YACHAY knowledge city strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing with Mr. Rene, minister of Ecuador Ministry of Science and Technology and Chairman of YACHAY knowledge city. This is the first free trade zone through cooperation between China and Latin America, and also marks the era of new cross-border trade model between China and Latin America represented by Silk Road Station.

Construction of “the Silk Road Station” oriented towards the Eastern Europe in Belarus

On January 18, 2016, with the witness of Chinese President Xi Jinping, IZP chairman Mr. Luo Feng signed a strategy cooperation agreement on construction of “the Silk Road Station” in Belarus with AOI director Mr. Freddy Opsomer.

Construction of “the Silk Road Station” oriented towards Africa in Djibouti

On January 18, 2016, with the witness of the president of the Republic of Djibouti Mr. Ismaïl Omar Guelleh, IZP signed an all-round cooperation agreement with the minister of Djibouti Finance Ministry Llyas Moussa Dawaleh.
